Our classroom training seminars include "how to":
-
Build empowered and self-directed teams.
-
Develop
effective leaders
-
Enhance
internal and external customer
satisfaction.
-
Increase sales and revenue.
-
Utilize effective communication skills
-
Enhance personal growth and development.
-
Implement time management skills.
-
Embrace constant change.
The important word in all seminars
is “how”. Our
experience shows that employees agree with
the concepts and theories of “best practices”.
The participants always ask:
“How
do we implement this information and material?”
We specialize in showing our clients “how” to
do that. The
processes we have developed are based successful results
-- using practical, common sense ideas.
During the classroom training we
encourage the participants to help define the target
(goals and objectives) for the seminar.
We want to make sure we discuss information and
material that is relevant and meaningful to the
attendees. Receiving
their input is critical for the success of the training.
The topics, agenda, format, and materials are customized to meet
the specific requirement of our clients.
For example, seminars can range in length from 1
hour to multiple days and can include role playing,
small group break-outs, and story boarding.
Whenever possible, we create a
“work shop” environment and encourage high levels of
discussion and interaction. The style of the instructor is to “facilitate” and
involve everyone in the class. In order to make the seminar as value as
possible, we develop and record specific action items
and plans to achieve them.
We use videos, professionally made
transparencies, handouts and workbooks to facilitate
learning and retention.
